Domin8IT Ltd is the data controller for personal data submitted through this website and for personal data processed in connection with LatenZ engagements.

• To qualify whether LatenZ is well placed to help with the question you have raised

5. Sub Processors and Third Party Services

We use a small number of carefully selected service providers to deliver this website and process enquiries. These providers act as data processors on our behalf and are bound by appropriate data protection obligations:

• Form processing. Form submissions are routed via an automation platform (Make.com) to our internal systems for handling.
• Internal qualification tooling. LatenZ uses an internal lead qualification process, including LeadScout, which enriches enquiry context using public information sources. This is used for qualification only, not for marketing distribution.
• Email and communications. Replies and follow up correspondence are sent through standard business email infrastructure.
• Hosting. The website is hosted on commercial hosting infrastructure.

All sub processors are evaluated for their data protection posture before use. A current list of sub processors is available on request.

6. International Transfers

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United Kingdom and the United States. Where this occurs, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission to ensure that personal data continues to be protected to GDPR standards.
